Shipping and delivery

Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. During busy periods (such as sales promotions or holidays), this may take slightly longer; we will clearly indicate this on the website.

Delivery times
Netherlands & Belgium: 5 business days
Germany & France: 5 business days
Other EU countries: 5 business days
United Kingdom, United States & other countries outside the EU: 10 business days (please take into account possible customs processing and any import duties/VAT, which are the customer's responsibility)

Shipping costs
PostNL handles our shipments.
Shipping costs: € 7.50 per order.
Free shipping on orders over € 250 (within the EU).

Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow the status of your package.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
Please check your order upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at info@verlichtingsstunter.nl, preferably with a photo of the damage, so we can resolve this for you quickly.

International shipping
We ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. For orders outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not calculated by us in advance.
